In this workshop you will learn to create spinner rings. To follow this tutorial you will need experience soldering rings, as the soldering technique is not detailed in this tutorial. If you would like to learn to solder I recommend starting with either the Learn to Solder - Silver Rings, or Silver stacking rings kit.

The images are examples of the organic nature of my spinner rings - with practice you can achieve polished rings - this is just an example of my style.

You will receive full step by step instructions and your choice of Copper or Brass for the base ring, and sterling silver for the spinner ring, as well as hard and medium solder.

Tools you will need to complete this project-
* Blow torch (I use a kitchen blowtorch also used for creme brûlée)
* A surface for soldering – think pizza stone / kiln brick
* Heat proof tongs
* Snips for metal (can use wire cutters, tin snips or sharp pliers)
* Files
* A wooden stick or mandrel to shape rings to your size
* A hammer or mallet
* Pliers to cut thin aluminum wire
* Old jam jar for water, flux
* Pencil
* Citric acid
* Kettle / access to boiling water
